He suggested Desert Foothills Plumbing. They responded by sending a great technician, Dylan, who carefully worked with his Service Manager to research and locate the correct replacement part. Yesterday, Dylan installed the new valve cartridge with absolutely no damage to the surrounding tile. The valve works perfectly. I very much appreciate the many hours it took to locate the proper Danze replacement part and Dylan's careful workmanship and expert installation. It really does pay to support our local community. At five pm we found ourselves with a water heater that had exploded and was leaking water throughout our garage. The only way to stop it was to turn the water main to the entire house off. By seven thirty pm Dallas had removed the old water heater, changed the piping so our water could be turned back on and is handling the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Couldn’t ask for better or more professional service and his pipe work is clean and well done too !
