I called Navien and they gave $500 for the labor costs. I trust Desert Foothills Plumbing and they installed the new tankless water heater and it works great. Emilio was very personable and reliable. Linda SuiterMarch 19, 2024I wanted to give Dallas Case from Desert Foothills Plumbing a five star review for coming to our rescue this evening. It really does pay to support our local community. At five pm we found ourselves with a water heater that had exploded and was leaking water throughout our garage. The only way to stop it was to turn the water main to the entire house off. By seven thirty pm Dallas had removed the old water heater, changed the piping so our water could be turned back on and is handling the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Couldn’t ask for better or more professional service and his pipe work is clean and well done too !
